AIM:
This program is aimed at recently appointed, or
potential, supervisors and managers looking to gain
an appreciation of supervision and management techniques.
OBJECTIVES:
To give practising or potential managers a foundation
for development in their role, by assisting participants
in gaining the basic knowledge required as a manager,
and by developing basic management skills.

Unit 3.30 - Understanding the Communication Process
in the Workplace
Understand the communication process and relevant
communication media
Know how to increase information awareness in the
workplace
On successful completion of the course, delegates
will receive a certificate issued by the Institute
of Leadership and Management.
