From its inception as a Group Training Association, KITS has always

Over the 40 years this basic philosophy has remained. When KITS
was solely a training provider to the engineering industry, the

KITS offers a 15% discount to Members on all scheduled short
courses (except where nationally agreed rates are in place)
Conference Centre Room Hire Discounts
KITS offers 50% discount on Junction25 conference centre room
hire to all Members in relation to any business or social event that
the company wishes to hold.
Dedicated Apprentice Recruitment
KITS has a dedicated Employer Engagement Team who can help
advertise Apprentice vacancies and provide initial assessment and
Health and Safety Appraisal
Every four years, KITS Member Companies are given a full Health
& Safety Appraisal. This also gives Member Companies the
opportunity to discuss any Health & Safety issues.
Annual General Meeting
All Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting held in
November each year, which gives your opportunity to meet KITS
staff and KITS Member Companies.
