Train to Gain is a Government funded programme to help employers and employees remain competitive in an ever-increasingly competitive market.

KITS is one of the regions appointed Training Providers to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) to assist businesses in improving their productivity and competitiveness by ensuring their staff have the right skills to do their job.

Working closely with you, KITS will manage the process of the NVQ for each learner and organise all the necessary paperwork for completion. This will include a free assessment of the existing skills and qualifications of your staff, which will not only help identify those eligible for the programme, but also help you to budget for any other identified training requirements (and identify if they too qualify for funding).

NVQ’s are assessed at the workplace, and a typical NVQ consists of around 2 hours per month with one of our Assessors, taking from 6-12 months to complete.

LEVEL 3 NVQ’s

Level 3 NVQ’s are subject to a £692 + VAT contribution by the employer, with the remaining cost being funded.
